The Blue Fables respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on The Blue Fables infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL(s) of the infringing content on The Blue Fables
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include the same information as a takedown notice plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the relevant court.

Repeat Infringers

The Blue Fables will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
